100% outpatient primary care for adult patients (18+) in a well-established practice

Located in Bristol, Connecticut – community-based setting ~30 minutes from Hartford and New Haven

Team-based model with strong clinical support and coordinated care

Innovative tools, including EPIC EMR and Ambient AI, to enhance patient-centered care
Schedule & Call

Full-time weekday schedule; ask about a 4-day work week

No inpatient responsibilities

Phone call only:

Average of 2 phone-call weekends per year

Approximately 1 weeknight every ~2 months
