Academic primary care faculty role in an internal medicine residency continuity clinic

Focus on resident education, supervision, and mentorship

No independent patient panel – all clinical care performed with residents

Ideal for physicians interested in academic medicine and community-based care
Schedule & Responsibilities

90% clinical precepting / 10% administrative
-
Approximately ½ day per week protected administrative time
-
Monday–Friday only; no weekends

No call responsibilities

Faculty appointment with affiliated medical school

Compensation & Benefits

3-year guaranteed base salary

Sign-on bonus approximately 15–25k
