  • Full-time W2 position for Medical Director/Clinical Psychiatrist or Staff Psychiatrist.

  • On-site service only.

  • Monday-Friday schedule.

  • Staff Psychiatrist includes 1 weekend per month call rotation.

  • No call requirement for Medical Director.

  • Child and adolescent inpatient caseload.

  • Average caseload of 16 per day.

  • Duties include new admissions, follow-ups, med checks, discharges, treatment team participation, and APRN supervision.

  • Base salary with production bonus potential.

  • Compensation in line with MGMA.

  • Signing bonus negotiable.

  • Medical director stipend if applicable.

  • Medical education loan repayment assistance available if needed; no PSLF.

  • Relocation allowance available if moving.

  • CME, PTO, and full benefits package.

  • Paid malpractice insurance included.

  • Extra monthly compensation for supervision of APRNs.
