  • Full-time W2 position with on-site service only

  • Monday–Friday schedule with call rotation, 2 weekends per quarter

  • Adult and adolescent caseload

  • Inpatient and PHP settings

  • Daily caseload: 14–22 patients

  • Inpatient duties include new admissions, follow-ups, med checks, discharges, and treatment team participation

  • PHP/IOP duties include adult and child/adolescent patients, plus select outpatient PMHNP patients requiring MD visits per insurance

  • Compensation aligned with MGMA

  • Production bonus potential
