Hospital-employed urology position in a busy, well-supported practice

Outpatient clinic + OR mix, with small urologic procedures done in-office

Typical volume of 25–30 patients per clinic day and 30+ urologic surgeries per month

Call 1:3 (10 days/month: one full week plus 8 weekdays), with hospitalists covering all inpatient and ICU care

OR block time and dedicated clinic time; schedule can be tailored to your preferences and work–life balance goals

Majority Medicare patient population

Hospital-based clinics department manages daily operations so you can focus on clinical care and surgical volume

EMR: Meditech Expanse, fully integrated across clinics, inpatient, and ancillary services

Technology, Cancer Center & Clinical Resources

da Vinci Robotic Surgery System available for robotic urologic procedures

Onsite, full-service cancer center with 2 Medical Oncologists and 1 Radiation Oncologist, supporting advanced uro-oncology

Interventional Radiology on campus

Advanced imaging and treatment capabilities including GE Revolution 256-slice CT, closed-bore MRI with HD technology, 3D digital mammography (tomosynthesis), fluoroscopy, nuclear medicine, PET, ultrasound, PACS, and a Varian linear accelerator (through an academic cancer center partnership)

Laboratory partnership with Alabama Pathology, with the option to work with additional labs when faster turnaround is needed
