  • Pulmonary/Critical Care physician role in a multispecialty group

  • Inpatient and outpatient mix with ICU coverage

  • Work at a 180-bed hospital with 12-bed Med-Surg ICU and overnight eICU support

  • Team includes 7 physicians and advanced practice providers

  • Exclusive intensivist and pulmonary consultant coverage at hospital

  • Perform PFTs, bronchoscopy, EBUS, and navigational bronchoscopy

  • Participation in COPD/dyspnea clinics, lung cancer screening, and lung nodule program

  • On-site thoracic surgery support

  • Established referral base from 40 primary care physicians

  • Competitive salary based on experience

  • Bonus eligibility after 1 year

  • Partnership eligibility after 3 years with minimal buy-in
