– Rare opportunity to own an established concierge primary care practice in Scottdale, AZ
– Become the practice owner from day 1 (on your start date) without purchasing the practice upfront
– A thoughtfully structured six-month transition plan is in place to ensure continuity of patient care and a seamless transfer of practice responsibilities.
– The incoming physician will begin providing patient care on day one while progressively assuming full responsibility for the practice.
– Income potential $400,000+ annually
– Concierge/DPC — cash pay only; insurance billed only for labs, imaging, and specialist referrals
– Currently at a 220 patient panel with ~15 patients on waitlist and daily inbound inquiries.
– Average of just 6-10 patients per day
– Outpatient only with no hospital responsibilities
– Flexible Monday–Friday office schedule, with four days dedicated to seeing patients.
– Walk into a fully established practice with 2 MAs + 1 receptionist who knows every patient
– Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
– U.S. trained MD
– 5 years of post-residency outpatient experience required
– Must be open to functional medicine, integrative medicine, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
