  • Full-time primary care nurse practitioner

  • Part-time option of 2 to 3 days per week

  • Office-based practice with a Family Medicine physician

  • Four-day work week, 36 to 40 hours per week

  • Thursdays off

  • No nights or weekends

  • Adult and adolescent patients

  • Physician supervision with independent patient-care responsibility based on experience, training, and confidence

  • Immediate opening

  • Recent graduates considered with a strong background and ability to work independently

  • Portuguese fluency valued

  • Massachusetts license, DEA certificate, and controlled-substances registration required

  • eClinicalWorks EMR

  • On-site laboratory, radiology, cardiac testing, pulmonary testing, allergy, and infectious-disease support

  • About 20 miles to Providence, roughly 25 to 30 minutes by car, and about 50 miles to Boston, around 1 hour by car
