Physician for Skilled Nursing Home SNFs in Los Angeles, California

Physician opportunity providing medical care in long?term care settings (SNF, with potential LTAC if desired)

Cover one facility per day with existing advanced practice providers at each site

Physician will supervise mid?levels, ensure regulatory compliance, and see new admissions within 72 hours

“Round and go” model: choose one facility to visit each day, with additional visits only for urgent patient needs or complex family meetings

Total census across all facilities averages about 320 patients (shared with mid?levels)

Mid?levels handle routine phone calls and texts; physician is contacted only for true emergencies

Schedule is highly flexible; physician designs their own weekday rounding schedule

Engagement can be structured as 1099 independent contractor or W?2 employee (1099 preferred)

Compensation is fee?for?service; detailed fee schedule to be shared directly with candidates
