Combination of ICU days (7a-7p), ICU nights 7p-7a), and Pulm clinic/consults (at hospital and other rehab facilities: 8am-5pm approximately (round and go)
Option for sleep
Ability to build up outpatient pulmonary clinic practice

$400,000 starting base salary
Transition to RVU-based compensation – potential to make $600,000+ as your practice grows
