  • Acute musculoskeletal and personal injury care focus

  • Treat upper- and lower-extremity injuries using surgical and non-surgical approaches

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute orthopedic injuries throughout treatment and recovery

  • Perform extremity-focused surgical and procedural interventions

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team

  • Strong operational and administrative support

  • Clinical autonomy in a physician-focused practice environment

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in orthopedic surgery

  • Strong experience treating orthopedic and extremity-related injuries

  • Experience with acute musculoskeletal and personal injury care

  • Orthopedic trauma, emergency orthopedic care, upper-extremity surgery, lower-extremity surgery, sports injuries, inpatient orthopedic care, and acute injury surgery experience preferred

  • Active Texas medical license or eligibility for Texas licensure

  • Starting compensation of $700,000+

  • Base salary range of $450,000–$700,000

  • Bonus opportunity
