– 28,000 annual volume ER 
– Approximately 150 bed hospital
– EPIC EMR + M-Modal for dictation
– Shifts are 7a-7p and 7p-7a
– 1099 Independent Contractor setup
– $325/hr
– Full-time = minimum commitment of 12 shifts per month including 2 weekends; – Part-time = minimum commitment of 6 shifts per month including 1 weekend
– Occurrence based malpractice (no need for tail)
– Requires BC/BE in Emergency Medicine; or BC/FM + 100 hrs experience or ER Fellowship; or BC/IM w/ 2 years experience
– Requires ACLS/ATLS/PALS/BLS 
– Hospitalist 24/7
– Available specialties: 24/ 7 hospitalists, Inpatient Geriatric Psychiatry, General Surgery, Cardiology with cath, GI, Nephrology, Orthopedics, Tele and In-house Neurology
