Pediatrics Physician in Northern Arkansas – sign on, PSLF

General pediatrician

Base salary plus production bonus opportunity

Starting bonus up to $40,000 or potential eligibility for the Arkansas Community Match Program

Monday-Friday clinic schedule with one half-day off per week

10 days of call per month, including one weekend

Hospital-employed position

Join two pediatricians

Average clinic volume of 20–25 patients per day

Approximately 700 deliveries annually with a Level II nursery

Potential education assistance during residency
