– Practice in Skilled Nursing (SNF) and Assisted Living, (ALF) facilities
– RVU based compensation; 16-20 patients per day = $265-$315k annually (on a full-time basis)
– Typically cover one facility per day
– AI for instant, intuitive charting
– Lots of autonomy: Regular office-hour schedule with ability to leave once patients are seen and responsibilities finished, can be well before 5:00pm.
– No call
