Join a mission-driven outpatient Psychiatry team in the Phoenix metro area, providing community-based care to adults with serious mental illness through an established Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (F-ACT) program.
Position highlights:

100% outpatient role in a multidisciplinary, team-based care model

Manage a smaller, highly supported patient panel (up to 100 patients per team)

Collaborative team includes nursing, case management, peer support, substance use, housing, and employment specialists

Practice based on the campus of a dedicated behavioral health and psychiatric facility
Academic opportunities:
