Job Description
- Physician owned and led multispecialty group
- Over 30 providers in the group
- Family Medicine – Internal Medicine – Pediatrics – OBGYN
- Outpatient only primary care role
- Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00
- 1 dedicated MA per provider
- On call 1:17 weeks – phone only
- Goal is 20-25 patients per day
- Schedule 1 patient per hour during ramp up
- Group uses Athena EMR
- Growing their Medicare Advantage foothold
- Patients of all ages and panel size of 1,500
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary plus bonuses
- $20,000 Sign-On bonus
- Two-year salary guarantee then production
- Up to $20,000 year in bonuses in addition to guarantee
- Total compensation for PCP is $300,000
- Shareholders offered (average $35,000 a year additional income)
- Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance

- 20 days PTO
