About the Opportunity
– Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician)
– Comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Key Responsibilities
– Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
– Perform surgical procedures, including tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and head and neck surgeries
– Provide consultative and primary ENT care to patients of all ages
– Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for coordinated care
Qualifications
– MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
– Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
– Valid New York State medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
– DEA certification
Preferred Qualifications
– Fellowship training in a subspecialty (e.g., rhinology, otology, head & neck surgery) is a plus
– Experience practicing in a community hospital setting
Compensation & Benefits
– Salary range: $365,000 – $680,000 based on experience
– Additional compensation through a productivity-based incentive program
