A physician-led occupational health practice is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician for a Medical Director role that blends direct patient care with leadership and quality improvement.
The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no nights, weekends, or call. Compensation includes a base salary of $280,000 to $348,000, plus monthly and quarterly incentive bonuses, an $8,000 leadership stipend, and a $20,000 bonus. The benefits package also includes 24 days of PTO, 5 CME days, 6 holidays, malpractice coverage, retirement with employer match, medical/dental/vision coverage, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, relocation assistance when applicable, and additional employee perks.
In this role, the Medical Director will provide patient care, support clinical quality, lead staff, collaborate with therapists and specialists, and help manage clinic performance and business metrics. Training in occupational medicine is provided, and FMCSA NRCME certification is preferred or may be obtained.
The ideal candidate will have an active unrestricted medical license, DEA and dispensing licenses for the state of practice, Medicare eligibility, and board certification or eligibility in an ABMS- or AOA-recognized specialty.
