Outpatient primary care Nurse Practitioner float role supporting clinics in DeLand, Deltona, Altamonte Springs, and Sanford
Must live within the assigned floating service area (NE Orlando region)
100% outpatient primary care setting focused on value-based, patient-centered care and preventive health
