• Outpatient Only
• Option to focus on General Neurology or Movement Disorders
• Location: Lakeland, Florida (between Tampa and Orlando)
• 864-bed hospital located one block away
• EPIC EMR, in-house EEG/EMG, Sleep Disorder Center, full radiology suite (MRI, CT, SPECT, PET)
