We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Radiologist to join a growing practice offering a 100% Interventional Radiology focus. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a procedural practice with a predictable weekday schedule and no diagnostic reading responsibilities.
Position Highlights
- 100% Interventional Radiology position
- No diagnostic reads required
- Monday–Friday schedule
- In-house coverage from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Bread-and-butter IR procedures with a diverse case mix
- Typical cases include:
- Image-guided biopsies
- Drain placements
- Paracentesis
- Thoracentesis
- Peripheral angiography
- Venous access procedures
- Embolization procedures
- No neuro-interventional or complex oncology IR required (available if desired)
Compensation
- Base salary of $600,000+
- Choice of W2 or 1099 employment structure
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology and/or Interventional Radiology residency or fellowship
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology (ABR or equivalent)
- Eligible for or currently licensed in California
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
