100% outpatient practice
Join an established team of two physicians and two advanced practice providers
Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Reduced schedule can be accommodated for commensurate adjustment to compensation
Manage a generally straightforward adult patient panel
Shared phone call coverage for one week at a time; call volume is very light

Flat guaranteed salary for the first two years, followed by transition to a productivity-based compensation model
Initial patient volume of approximately 12–15 patients per day, ramping to 25+
