Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Position Overview
As an Internal Medicine Physician, you will deliver the full spectrum of outpatient services for adult patients—from preventive care and health maintenance to diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a diverse, underserved community while working alongside a supportive team of physicians and advanced practice providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care across preventive, acute, and chronic disease management for adults

  • Conduct patient evaluations, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and cardiovascular disease

  • Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and ancillary services to ensure continuity and quality outcomes

  • Utilize evidence-based guidelines and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings

  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive health

  • Mentor and collaborate with advanced practice providers and trainees as applicable

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited School of Medicine

  • Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine

  • Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure (current license preferred)

  • Active DEA registration and eligibility for hospital privileges

  • Proficiency with EMR systems and strong clinical documentation skills
