Practice across 2 modern Brooklyn locations

Established patient base with consistent volume

Must be willing to work off-hours, including shifts such as 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM and Sundays
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

Collaborate with care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine

Active or eligible for New York medical license
