Practice Details
- IPA Area Medical Director in Northeast Florida
- Hybrid role:
- Working from home
- Working at clinical practice
- Making visits to locations (IPA affiliated practices)
- Monday through Friday outpatient schedule
- Minimum of five years experience in primary care or VBC
- Three years experience leading clinicians
- Develop relationships with IPA physician groups
- Leading clinical strategy for IPA performance
- Coaching, education and performance feedback
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary in the range of $325,000 – $365,000
- Annual bonus incentive plan

Requirements
- 5 years of post-residency experience
