– Full-Time Emergency Medicine position
– Two critical access hospitals in the Florida Keys
– Beautiful efficient Emergency Departments with excellent nursing coverage
– Shifts are 7a-7p and 7p-7a
– 1099 Independent Contractor setup
– Occurrence-based malpractice (no need for tail)
– Requires BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine with at least 2 year ER experience or BC/BE in Emergency Medicine
– Cerner EMR
– Compensation: 1099 Status with covered malpractice & tail, $210/Hr + $5/Hr Pt Satisfaction Incentive
– Full-time is a minimum of 12 shifts per month including 2 weekends
– Small unit, low volume, low stress ER position
– 10k annual volume
– There is free lodging available for providers
