– 275K base PLUS Productivity bonus based on RVU’S and experience
– BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
– Preferred start date of August 2026
– See patients in the SNF setting 
– Full-time permanent – Monday thru Friday 40-hour schedule.
– No weekends 
– No nights
– No phone call – NP will take call
– To see 25 patients per day 
– RVU bonus above 25 patients – each additional patient is paid based on the RVU-based payment model. The amount per patient increases with the level of care patient needs.
