About the Opportunity
– Full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Practice physician
– Two positions available, joining a team of 9 Hospitalists
– Admissions from 16 primary and specialty care centers
– Full ancillary support: state-of-the-art lab, imaging, and specialty consultants
– Clinical Documentation Improvement and Case Management support
– Academic affiliation for higher-level care needs
Highlights
– In-patient, day shift only
– One week on, one week off (alternating)
– Start date: February 2027
Compensation & Benefits
– Hospital employed status
– $275,000–$350,000 base, plus incentive package
– Occurrence malpractice, health insurance, CME/dues, PTO, disability, retirement
– Relocation and loan repayment — negotiable

– Upper Hudson Valley, NY — 2 hours north of NYC, 45 minutes south of Albany. 192-bed facility with 42 outpatient care centers, year-round outdoor recreation, and a strong arts and culture scene.
