Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Outpatient experience required
- Bi-lintual English / Spanish required
- Value-based care experience a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary
- Salary: $240,000 – $270,000
- Quarterly bonus based on quality metrics
