  • Base salary: $375,000 – $475,000 annually, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

Practice Overview

A regional health system is seeking a BC/BE Urologist with robotic surgery experience to join a community-based, hospital-employed practice. The role combines advanced robotic surgery with accessible, full-spectrum urologic care in a high-quality, patient-centered environment.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide urologic surgical care, including endoscopic and minimally invasive procedures, open, laparoscopic, and robotic surgery as clinically indicated.

  • Evaluate and manage benign urologic conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

  • Provide inpatient consultations and outpatient clinic care.

  • Participate in shared urology call coverage.

  • Collaborate with APPs, OR staff, anesthesia, and nursing teams to optimize throughput and patient experience.

  • Deliver evidence-based, cost-conscious care appropriate for a community setting.

  • Take part in hospital quality initiatives and urology service line development.

  • Maintain strong relationships with referring primary care providers and community specialists.

  • Support patient education and shared decision-making.

  • Participate in peer review and departmental meetings.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology residency.

  • Fellowship training or demonstrated experience in robotic urologic surgery.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.

  • Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts and hospital privileges.

  • Strong interest in community-based practice and long-term program growth.
