We are seeking a Bi-lingual, Board Certified Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care with a focus on preventive medicine and chronic disease management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide routine primary care, preventive services, and chronic disease management
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients and coordinate care with specialists as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $300,000–$325,000 (DOE)

Qualifications:
- Active Florida medical license
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Bilingual: English and Spanish required
- Strong communication skills and commitment to quality patient care
