– $330,000 + bonus based on RVU production
– $40,000 sign-on bonus
– $30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
– Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary
– 33 days of time off
– 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
– No after hours call

– Join one child and adolescent psychiatrist and three adult psychiatry APPs
– The retiring physician sees high acuity patients and acts as supervising physician for the APPs.
– An upcoming 2025 or 2026 graduate would an ideal candidate.
– Clinic is located in a state of the art facility, renovated in 2024
– Hospital also offers a 16-bed inpatient adult psychiatry unit for any patients needing direct admission. We are not an addiction or Suboxone center and prefer to keep our focus on therapy and medication management.
