  • Seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience

  • Role based at a busy Family Medicine practice

  • Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, no nights, weekends, or on-call

  • Portuguese fluency required

  • Independent patient care under collaborative agreement with a supervising physician

  • Licensure, onboarding, and insurance credentialing support provided

  • Employed position within a patient-focused, team-based environment at Prima CARE

  • Must hold Massachusetts NP or PA license, DEA certificate, and Massachusetts controlled substances registration

  • Requires compassion, maturity, confidence, and strong communication skills

  • Uses eClinicalWorks EHR with voice recognition or AI documentation support

  • On-site access to Laboratory, Radiology, Cardiac and Pulmonary testing, Endoscopy, Physical Therapy, and specialty consultation
