Role Overview:

Blend of inpatient pulmonary consults and outpatient clinic responsibilities

Position will begin primarily with inpatient consults and a small outpatient component, expanding as patient volume grows
Responsibilities:

Daily rounding at 1–2 assigned hospitals in the morning (close proximity)

Average daily patient volume: 25

Outpatient clinic scheduled in the afternoon (initially a half-day per week, with potential to increase based on growth)

The group provides consults at 4 hospitals and 1 long-term care facility, with future expansion as practice grows
Schedule:

Monday–Friday: mornings spent on hospital rounds, afternoons for scheduled outpatient clinic as assigned

On-call duties for assigned hospitals (new consults handled the next morning; no routine overnight hospital visits)

Weekend call: 1 weekend per month (rounding on census)

Holiday call coverage distributed among providers
Practice Features:

Privately owned (not PE or hospital owned) with a partnership track after 2 years
