Guaranteed base salary: $285,000 with immediate bonus potential

Schedule & Work-Life Balance:
Full-time position with a manageable and predictable schedule
3–3.5 clinic days per week, 1 OR day per week
1:4 to 1:5 call rotation (weekends included); midwives support call 1:3

Practice Environment:
Hospital-employed, collaborative, and expanding OB/GYN group
No supervision responsibilities
New graduates welcome
Must live within 30 minutes of practice location
Practice & Clinical Details

Full spectrum of obstetrical and gynecological care, including robotic surgery (robotics interest preferred)

MFM support and Level III NICUs available
