Neonatologist – Community Level III NICU
Job Description:

Provide clinical care in a 32-bed community Level III NICU (average daily census: 12 newborns).

Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists in surgery, cardiology, gastroenterology, and ENT to manage complex cases.

Participate in newborn service, including direct patient care and family counseling.

Support facility status as a California Children's Services-designated hospital and engage in quality improvement programs, such as participation in the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative.

Work within a collegial team focused on maintaining a positive work/life balance.

Engage with hospital staff and administration to uphold and advance neonatal care standards.

Permanent, full-time position; local residency required. Relocation may be necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary: $240,000–$300,000 annually.
