Responsibilities
-
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients ages 0–18, including well-child visits, urgent care, and follow-ups

Supervise and mentor mid-level pediatric practitioners

Participate in quality improvement and care coordination activities

Cover a small number of Saturday shifts and limited after-hours call with additional compensation
Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics (or Pediatric NP with 3+ years of experience)

Active California medical license and DEA registration
-
Current BLS certification
-
Experience in community or underserved settings preferred

Ability to see 18–22 patients per day (full-time)
Compensation and Benefits

Competitive annual salary: $215,000–$230,000
