– Office located on hospital campus
– 3D Ultrasound
– Full-time or Part-time OB/GYN 
– Office hours are 8am-8pm
– 4 days x 12 hrs = $330,000 plus full benefits
– 3 days x 12 = $250k plus benefits 
– Reduced schedule options can be considered
– 1:4 evening and weekend call
– Midwives take first call, so physicians often don't have to go in
