  • Full-time OB/GYN Medical Director position combining clinical practice and leadership responsibilities

  • Provide office-based, surgical, and obstetrical care, including deliveries

  • Lead strategic and programmatic development for the Women’s Health service line

  • Drive quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and service-line growth in collaboration with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams

  • Mentor physicians, advanced practice providers, and midwives to promote clinical excellence and teamwork

  • Supported by certified nurse-midwives and maternal-fetal medicine partners

  • Balanced Monday–Friday schedule with protected administrative leadership time

  • Participate in 1:6 call rotation

  • Minimum of 5 years of OB/GYN experience required; leadership experience preferred
