Position Highlights
- $250,000 salary
- Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $5,000 available moving reimbursement
- Productivity bonuses available
- Productivity partner program available after 1 year
- 4 weeks PTO

Schedule & Productivity
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-Call: Weeklong rotation shared with all providers (approximately once every 7 weeks)
- Patient Volume: See on average 25 patients daily
