Position Details

Full-time, onsite (Monday–Friday)

Outpatient only – no inpatient duties

$100K–$120K signing bonus (select applicants)

Responsibilities
-
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages

Manage chronic conditions, wellness exams, and same-day visits
-
Collaborate within an integrated care team and refer to specialists as needed

Participate in quality improvement and care coordination activities
Qualifications
-
MD or DO with California license and DEA registration
-
Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

BLS certification; 3–5 years’ experience or completion of residency

Spanish language skills a plus; EPIC experience preferred
