– Seeking a Board-Certified IM or FM or Geriatric Medicine Physician 
– Outpatient responsibilities only
– Full-time permanent position
– Monday – Friday
– No nights, no weekends
– Small patient panels for consistency and focus
– 12-15 patients per day
– Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes
– Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
– Salary and Benefits

– Base salary (without R.V.U. targets)
– Quarterly bonus based on quality metrics (not quantity)
