- Full-time Site Medical Director position
- Requires Board Certification in Family Medicine; Minimum three years of clinical experience and supervisory background
- Provides both clinical leadership and direct patient care
- 40-hour work week (3 clinic days, 2 administrative days)
- In clinic, 40 minutes for new patients, 20 minutes for follow ups
- Designated medical assistant per provider
- Shared phone call: 3-4 weeks per year
- Oversees physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff at assigned site
- Ensures quality and efficiency of patient care services
- Participates in goal setting, performance review, and quality improvement activities
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Participates in staff development and mentorship
- Represents the clinic at meetings and community events as needed
- Uses EPIC EMR
- Total compensation that takes into account the size of the clinic; number of direct reports; and their qualifications, years of experience, leadership experience and language skills: $229,000-$290,000
- Occurrence based malpractice provided (tail included)
- 3-weeks paid vacation and 1-week of personal time
