Seeking a full-time Board Eligible / Board Certified Oncology Hematology physician to join a multidisciplinary cancer center at an established hospital in Crown Point, Indiana. The practice emphasizes a team-oriented culture focused on patient care, supported by comprehensive staff to streamline clinical responsibilities and prioritize patient needs.
Candidate Profile:

MD/DO, fellowship-trained in Hematology-Oncology

Board Eligible / Board Certified in Oncology and Hematology

Active or eligible Indiana medical license

BLS (American Heart Association) certification required or obtainable

Demonstrated clinical excellence and commitment to patient satisfaction

Strong interpersonal skills with interest in community engagement and collaborative care
Schedule & Clinical Expectations:

Flexible full-time schedule

Average outpatient volume: 15–20 patients per day

Average inpatient volume: 3 patients per day

Common diagnoses include breast, colon, lung, rectal, prostate cancers, and benign hematology conditions
