– Seeking a Board-Certified Geriatric Medicine or IM or FM

– Decatur, GA is 6 miles northeast of Atlanta city center in Dekalb County
– Full-time permanent Outpatient Only position
– Monday – Friday  No nights, no weekends
– Small patient panels for consistency and focus (2-15 patients per day)

– Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
