- Emergency Medicine opening 45 minutes West of Atlanta
- Emergency Medicine physician opening with well-established group
- Private practice physician group
- Over 20 EM physicians in the practice
- 100% Democratic group
- Work 16 – 8 hour shifts
- Group has 4 nocturnists
- Work out of two Emergency Departments
- One has 65k volume and the other 45k volume
- EPIC EMR systemwide
- Group also employs NPs and PAs
Compensation
- Very competitive salary with RVU bonus plan
- $325,000 Year 1 and $350 Year 2
- Partnership begins year 3
- Average $450,000+ from that point onwards
- Sign-On bonus of $50,000
- Starting Bonus of $50,000
- $14,000 relocation allowance
