Practice Details:
– 32 room department recently renovated and optimized
– All day and evening shifts; no overnights
– Full time is 15 10-hour shifts per month
– Department has 50 hours of physician coverage and 30 hours of APP coverage per day
– Adult and pediatric hospitalist do their own admissions
– Not a trauma facility; no heads, no open hearts
Compensation and Benefits:
- $450,000 base salary
- $75,000 sign-on bonus
- $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
- $6,000 CME annually
