Provide evidence-based, patient-centered primary care to adult patients, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, and health education

Offer compassionate counseling addressing physical, emotional, and lifestyle-related needs

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care

Maintain accurate, compliant electronic medical records

Partner with the CMO to advance excellence in Adult Medicine across the organization

Lead or support quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical operations projects
-
Help design and refine clinical protocols, care pathways, and performance metrics

Mentor and support other clinicians; contribute to provider education and development of clinical learning content

Work cross?functionally to drive key initiatives to completion

MD or DO with active medical license
-
Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or related adult-focused specialty)

Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in adult primary care

Leadership or administrative experience strongly preferred
-
Demonstrated expertise in quality improvement, compliance, and clinical operations
-
Strong communication skills, including ability to translate clinical concepts for diverse audiences

Experience developing educational content or leading provider education is a plus
