Chief of Otolaryngology (ENT) – Full-Time, Leadership Role
An established and expanding healthcare system is seeking an experienced, board-certified Chief of Otolaryngology (ENT) to lead a growing division. This full-time, direct-hire leadership position offers access to advanced surgical technology, including DaVinci XI robotics, and a collaborative, patient-centered team environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a high-performing ENT team consisting of 4 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners

Deliver comprehensive ENT care in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Oversee OR and clinic scheduling, including block time as needed

Participate in 6 weekday call shifts per month (external weekend call coverage)

Develop and manage the division’s referral network

Ensure clinical excellence and compliance with quality standards

Utilize advanced surgical technology, including multiple DaVinci XI robotic platforms
-
Document care using the Cerner EMR system

Provide strategic leadership to expand ENT services

Mentor clinical staff and support department growth

Foster a culture of patient-centered care, collaboration, and innovation
Candidate Requirements

Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT)

Minimum of one year post-training clinical experience
-
Leadership experience in clinical or academic settings is preferred
Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $399,806 – $759,565 annually (based on qualifications and experience)
