– Practice in Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) in the foothills area west of Charlotte: Shelby, Cherryville, Rutherfordton, Hickory, Lincolnton 
– RVU based compensation; make well into the $300’s depending on number of patients seen (12 patients is the minimum)
– Possibility of additional Medical Director stipend of $15k+ per year
– Typically cover one facility per day
– AI for instant, intuitive charting
– Lots of autonomy: M-F schedule with ability to leave once patients are seen and responsibilities finished, typically well before 5:00pm.
– No call
– Medical, dental, 401k, etc
